District 3 is particularly car friendly. It is convenient to come across a place to park, and it is a reasonably short drive to the closest highway, such as I-55, from any location in this area. This district is not very bike-friendly as there are a fair number of hills, and the bicycling infrastructure is not very comprehensive. District 3 is also not especially suitable for pedestrians as most daily needs are at times difficult to meet without the need for a car.
