It is very impractical for pedestrians to move around in District 3 as most daily needs are almost impossible to carry out without a car. This area is also not very suited for bicycling as there are a good number of hills for cyclists to brave, and the cycling infrastructure is quite poor.
There are no high schools and no primary schools in this area. When it comes to food, in all but a very small number of cases, a car is required to purchase groceries.
