Cars are an excellent transportation option in District 3. It is easy to park, and the majority of homes for sale are a rather short car ride from the nearest highway, such as I-59. Even though cyclists do not face serious slopes, District 3 is not very appropriate for biking as the cycling network is not very extensive. It is also difficult for pedestrians to navigate this area because meeting day-to-day needs is sometimes challenging without a car.
Services
High schools and primary schools are not very plentiful in this district, and consequently not always within a short distance. At the elementary level, both public and private schools can be found. With respect to food, house buyers in this area usually have to use a car to reach one of about 10 grocery stores. Residents of District 3 are served by about 30 restaurants as well.
