Driving is a great transportation option in this district. It is very convenient to park. Many of the homes for sale in this area are located in places that are not very conducive to those who get around as pedestrians as most daily needs are inconvenient to carry out without a car. The bicycle is a fairly poor mode of transportation in District 3 since there are very few bike lanes. Nevertheless, the terrain is flat.
Services
High schools and primary schools are not numerous in District 3, and accordingly not always within a short distance. Regarding eating, in all but a very small number of cases, a car is needed to shop for groceries. There are also a few options for those who appreciate restaurants in close proximity.
