Transportation
Driving is an excellent transportation option in District 2. It is very easy to find a parking spot. A majority of the homes for sale in this district are located in places that are not very suitable for people who travel as pedestrians as carrying out daily needs is challenging without the use of a car. The bike is a rather limited method of transportation in this district since there is a significant amount of hills, and the bicycling network is not very comprehensive.
Services
It is a short trip to access primary as well as high schools from any location in District 2. With regards to food, in the majority of cases, a car is required to purchase groceries. A limited variety of restaurants can be found in District 2 as well.

District 2 offers a calm ambience. Most areas in District 2 are quiet, as the streets are usually reasonably peaceful - however noise can be problematic close to the airport (P W Johnson Memorial) or the railway line.
