
District 2
District 2 offers a peaceful environment characterized by quiet streets and a slower pace of life. The neighborhood predominantly features single detached homes, many with two or three bedrooms, providing comfortable living spaces. Most residences were built around 1989, reflecting a well-established community. Parking is generally easy to find, making it convenient for vehicle travel throughout the area. Although the terrain includes some slopes, the district maintains a strong sense of tranquility and calm. With essential services accessible by car, residents can benefit from a serene atmosphere that supports relaxed, everyday living in a largely residential setting.
District 2 is particularly car friendly. It is very easy to find a parking spot. District 2 is not very bicycling-friendly as District 2 has quite bad cycling infrastructure, and the terrain is not especially flat. Traveling as a pedestrian is also not very practical for home buyers in District 2 as almost no common errands can be run without a vehicle.
In all but a very small number of cases, a car is required to purchase groceries. As far as education is concerned, neither high schools nor primary schools are easy to get to as a pedestrian.
District 2 offers a calm ambience. District 2 is especially quiet, as there are usually low levels of noise from traffic.
