Cars are an excellent transportation option in District 13. The majority of properties for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the closest highway, such as Parish Road 810, and it is straightforward to park. Cycling is very difficult in District 13 as there are very few bike lanes. Nonetheless, there are a limited number of hills to challenge cyclists. District 13 is also not very suitable for those who get around as pedestrians because very few day-to-day needs can be carried out without a vehicle.
Services
A car is almost always required in District 13 to access the nearest supermarket. There are also a few opportunities for those who care about restaurants within a short distance. In terms of education, it can be very difficult to get to high schools and primary schools as a pedestrian from houses for sale in this district.
