District 12 is an extremely good area for getting around by car. Finding a place to park is generally easy, and it is a reasonably short drive to the nearest highway from anywhere in this area. District 12 is not very appropriate for bicycling as District 12 is home to rather limited cycling infrastructure, and there are a good number of hills for cyclists to brave. Thankfully, traveling by bicycle is prevalent. Getting around as a pedestrian is also not very practical for property owners in District 12 since many daily needs are difficult to carry out without a car.

It is very rarely possible for home buyers in District 12 to shop for their groceries as pedestrians. There are also a few opportunities for those who value close by restaurants.
