Transportation
Cars are an excellent medium of transportation in District 10. Parking is easy, and many houses for sale are a rather short car ride from the closest highway. However, commuting by transit can be very hard in this district as a result of the infrequent service. Thankfully, the district is served by a few bus lines, and most residences are close to a bus stop. Although there are a limited number of elevation changes, the bike is a sometimes poor method of transportation in this area as the bicycling infrastructure is fairly poor. Getting around as a pedestrian is also not particularly feasible for residents in District 10 since few daily errands can be run without a car.
Services
Home buyers in District 10 will be pleased to learn that a grocery store is always only a rather short pedestrian trip away. Moreover, a restaurant is often just around the corner, and there are also a few cafes in this district. Concerning education, locals will value that no matter where their home is located in this area, primary schools are nearby. However, high schools are not numerous and accordingly may require a very long distance to get to. Apart from public schools, there are private elementary and secondary schools.
Character
District 10 is a great area for those who enjoy indoor activities. Although this district is not known for its lively ambience, finding one of the approximately 10 bars is easy since they are generally situated in convenient locations. This area can be relatively noisy, as there can be a very large amount of noise from.
