District 10 is a district to buy a home in for those who prefer a chill ambience. Thanks to the presence of very few people out and about on the streets, District 10 is relatively quiet; however noise levels are higher closer to the airport (Cal Mire Field) or the railway line. It is very hard to access parks in the district since they aren't well-spread out. Still, there are about 10 public green spaces nearby for residents to unwind in.
