The car is very often the favored approach to get around in District 1. Parking is generally easy. Getting around by bicycle is very difficult in this area since the cycling network is quite bad, and riding is rendered arduous by the often hilly topography. Traveling as a pedestrian is also not very feasible for house buyers in this district because almost no daily needs can be met without a vehicle.
