Traveling by bicycle is very difficult in this area as the cycling infrastructure is not very well-developed, and there is a significant amount of slopes. Getting around as a pedestrian is also not very convenient for property owners in this district as most day-to-day needs are very inconvenient to meet without the use of a car.

There are only a very small number of primary schools and accordingly they can be a very long distance away. Concerning eating, it is very rarely an option for home buyers in District 1 to travel to the closest supermarket as pedestrians. There are a few choices for those who care about nearby restaurants.
