Traveling by public transit is difficult in this area. Nevertheless, there is the Derby-Shelton and Ansonia on the Waterbury. House owners have access to a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is usually around the corner. In contrast, driving is a fairly good transportation option in Derby. It is very convenient to find a parking spot.
It is a short distance to get to primary schools from most houses for sale in Derby. However, residents may consider it difficult to access high schools as pedestrians. Property owners have the choice between public and private schools at both the elementary and high school level. In terms of eating, it is very easy to access the nearest supermarket as a pedestrian in Derby. Moreover, a restaurant is often just around the corner, and there are also a few cafes in Derby.
