Driving is an excellent transportation option in De Luz. It is very convenient to find a parking spot. This part of the Inland Empire metropolitan area is not very conducive to pedestrians because most day-to-day needs are very challenging to carry out without the use of a car. The bicycle is a quite bad means of transportation in De Luz as there are very few bike lanes, and cyclists are faced with a significant amount of hills.
Services
In all but a very small number of cases, a car is required to buy groceries in one of about 20 stores. A limited selection of restaurants is available in De Luz as well. Concerning education, neither primary schools nor high schools are easy to get to as a pedestrian. Locals have the choice between public and private schools at both the elementary and secondary school level.
