Well-distributed parks such as Wetlands At Durham Wastewater and Pick’s Landing contribute to the pleasant outdoor spaces. Driving is a very good medium of transportation in Cook Park. It is very easy to access a parking spot. On the other hand, residents using public transit may find very few choices in this part of Tigard by reason of the infrequent service. Nonetheless, house owners are served by approximately 10 bus lines, and it is easy to get to a nearby bus stop from most homes. Traveling as a pedestrian is not particularly feasible for house buyers in this part of the city as many daily needs are at times difficult to carry out without a vehicle. However, Cook Park is rather appropriate for cycling.

On the other hand, primary schools are not particularly numerous and therefore may require an extended trip to get to. Finally, although the ambience is not the most lively in this neighborhood with its a few bars, there are options for nighttime activities.
