This area is very car friendly. Coming across a parking spot is quite easy. Most homes for sale in this area are located in places that are not very conducive to pedestrians as almost no common errands can be run without a vehicle. This census county division is also not very cycling-friendly because the cycling infrastructure is not very well-developed, and riding a bicycle is rendered strenuous by the typically hilly topography.
Services
Primary schools are not plentiful and therefore not always within a short distance. When it comes to eating, in all but a very small number of cases, a car is needed in Congress to reach the nearest supermarket.
