Driving is a very good medium of transportation in Concordia. It is very convenient to access a place to park. Concordia is not very conducive to people who like to travel as pedestrians as very few common errands can be run without the need for a vehicle. It is also at times challenging to move around by bike in this area since the cycling infrastructure is rather limited, and there are a good number of hills for cyclists to brave.

It is very rarely an option for house buyers in this community to access the closest supermarket as pedestrians. There are also a few opportunities for those who value restaurants and cafes in close proximity.
