This community is particularly car friendly. It is very easy to come across a parking spot, and the majority of the street infrastructure is appropriate for driving. Many of the homes for sale in this community are located in areas that are not very suitable for those who like to get around as pedestrians because running common errands is very inconvenient without a car. Concho is also not very conducive to bicycling as the cycling network is quite bad, and there are a good number of hills.

There are no high schools and no primary schools in Concho. With regards to food, it is very rarely possible for property owners in this community to travel to the nearest grocery store as pedestrians.
