It is convenient for pedestrians to navigate Commercial Core; many day-to-day needs are easy to carry out without the use of a car, and there are also a fair number of businesses in proximity. However, this part of Lynnwood is not very suited for cycling as there are a limited number of bike lanes, and the topography is not very flat. The preferred way to navigate this area is very often a car. It is especially convenient to park, and it is a very short drive to the nearest highway, such as I-5, from any home in this part of Lynnwood. In contrast, Commercial Core is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, the neighborhood is served by approximately 20 bus lines, and the closest bus stop is typically very close by.

Services

There are only a limited number of primary schools in Commercial Core and accordingly they can be a long trip away. Moreover, this part of Lynnwood does not have any high schools. With respect to eating, it is very easy to reach the closest supermarket without a car from most houses for sale in Commercial Core. Furthermore, there is typically a restaurant or cafe just around the corner. It is also a short distance to a very good selection of clothing stores.

Character

Commercial Core is a great area for those who enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities. Although this part of Lynnwood is not known for its vibrancy, with its a few nightlife venues, there are options for nighttime activities. On the other hand, parks are very well-distributed and there are about 10 of them nearby for residents to check out, making it easy to reach them.
