College View is moderately conducive to pedestrians; most daily needs are easy to carry out without a car, and there are also a fair number of businesses in proximity. The bike is a reasonably good method of transportation in this area. College View is not an especially pleasant part of Lincoln for moving around by public transit. Thankfully, property owners have access to a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. However, driving is often the best means of transportation in College View. It is a rather short car ride to the nearest highway from any location in College View, and coming across a parking spot is generally easy.

It is challenging to reach the closest supermarket without a vehicle in this neighborhood. In addition, there are a fair number of options for those who appreciate nearby restaurants and cafes. It is also convenient to get to a selection of clothing stores without a vehicle. With regards to education, residents will find that wherever their house is situated in College View, primary as well as high schools are close by. House buyers benefit from public and private schools at both the elementary and secondary school level.

No matter what type of character home buyers prefer in a neighborhood, College View is a fairly good option. Most areas in College View are especially quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamor. However, it is easy to access green spaces in the neighborhood since there are about 30 of them close by for residents to explore.
