College Hill will appeal to house buyers who want to live in a compact area since it is rather pedestrian-friendly; many daily needs can be carried out without a car, and numerous businesses are moderately close at hand. However, College Hill is not especially amenable to cycling because there are a good number of elevation changes for cyclists to brave, and there are few bike lanes. The favored approach to move around in this neighborhood is often a car. It is convenient to park, and nearby highways are moderately easy to drive to from anywhere in College Hill. On the other hand, traveling by transit can be challenging in this part of Medford as a result of the low service level. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighborhood, and bus stops are not very far from most houses.
Primary as well as high schools are easy to get to as a pedestrian from most homes for sale in College Hill. In terms of eating, it is very often an option for house buyers in this area to buy their groceries without the need for a car. Likewise, there is generally a restaurant or cafe just around the corner.
College Hill is unique in that it has both vibrant and quiet areas, making it appealing to more people. Even though the atmosphere is not the most lively in this part of Medford with the bars in nearby neighborhoods, it is rather challenging to find a place to grab a drink because they are generally located relatively far away.
