Cars are a very good medium of transportation in Cold Springs. It is very easy to park. Cold Springs is not very bicycling-friendly as there are a good number of slopes, and the bicycling network is sometimes poor. Many of the houses for sale in this community are located in places that are also not very well-suited for those who travel as pedestrians as meeting daily needs is very impractical without a car.

Services

Property owners in this community generally need a car to access the nearest grocery store. A small variety of restaurants can be found in this community. With respect to education, primary schools are easy to get to without a car from most houses for sale in Cold Springs. In contrast, high schools are not particularly plentiful and thus not always within a short distance.

The character of Cold Springs is exemplified by its slower-paced ambience. Cold Springs is especially quiet, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic. Parks aren't well-distributed, making it very difficult to get to them from the majority of locations within the community.
