Cloyd is very car friendly. It is very convenient to park. Cloyd is not very bicycling-friendly because this area has rather poor cycling infrastructure, and traveling by bicycle is rendered arduous by the typically steep topography. A majority of the homes for sale in this district are located in areas that are also not very conducive to pedestrians since very few common errands can be run without a car.
Services
It can be very hard to travel to high schools and primary schools from houses for sale in this area. Along with public schools, there are private elementary and secondary schools. In terms of food, reaching one of around 10 supermarkets without a car is an option for some, but not all, home buyers in this district. A limited selection of restaurants is available in Cloyd as well.
