This neighborhood will appeal to house buyers who value living in a compact community since it is suitable for pedestrians; many common errands can be run without a vehicle, and there are also a fair number of businesses nearby. However, it is at times challenging to commute by bike in Cloverleaf since the cycling network is not very well-developed, and the area is not particularly flat. Cars are a great transportation option in Cloverleaf. It is especially convenient to find a parking spot, and it is a reasonably short drive to the nearest highway, such as Henry Watterson Expy, from any home in this neighborhood. On the other hand, residents using public transit may have very limited options in this area due to the service's low frequency. Nonetheless, the neighborhood is linked by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally around the corner.
It is convenient to access the nearest supermarket without a car in Cloverleaf. In addition, those who like to dine in restaurants will have a good number of choices, and property owners are served by a few cafes as well. When it comes to education, primary schools are easy to access as a pedestrian from any location in Cloverleaf. However, Cloverleaf does not contain any high schools.
Cloverleaf is a very good neighborhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a slower-paced environment. This area is very quiet overall, as the streets are generally very tranquil. Finally, it is easy to get to public green spaces from a large number of locations within the neighborhood since there are a few of them nearby for residents to explore.
