The best transportation option in Chosewood Park is usually a car. It is very convenient to park, and many real estate listings are a rather short drive from the closest highway. However, this part of Atlanta is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, house owners are served by a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is generally very close by. This area is not very suitable for pedestrians because meeting daily needs is occasionally challenging without a car. It is also challenging to get around by bicycle in Chosewood Park since the bicycling network is rather poor, and bike riders are faced with quite a few elevation changes.

It is a rather short trip to access primary schools from anywhere in this area. However, it can be challenging to get to high schools from homes for sale in Chosewood Park. Locals are served by public and private schools at both the elementary and secondary school level. With respect to eating, the nearest grocery store in Chosewood Park is generally only an extended pedestrian trip away. Reaching public green spaces in the neighborhood, like Thomasville Heights Park, is easy since there are approximately 10 of them close by for residents to visit. As there are few people out and about on the streets, this part of Atlanta remains relatively quiet; however noise levels are higher closer to the railway line.
