The best approach to move around in Chester is usually driving. Parking is generally easy. Chester is not very conducive to cycling because there are very few bike lanes. Thankfully, there are a limited number of slopes. Chester is also not very suitable for pedestrians since running common errands is practically impossible without a car.
Chester does not contain any high schools or primary schools. Concerning eating, property owners in this area almost always have to turn to a vehicle to access the closest supermarket.
