It is very convenient to access a parking spot, and it is a reasonably short drive to the closest highway from anywhere in this neighborhood. Commuting by bicycle is difficult in Chadwick Place as there are a good number of elevation changes, and there are very few bike lanes. Getting around as a pedestrian is also not very feasible for house buyers in Chadwick Place because running day-to-day errands is impractical without a vehicle.
