The favored method to move around in Centre Estates is usually driving. Parking is easy, and most homes for sale are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway. A majority of the houses for sale in this neighborhood are located in places that are not very conducive to people who travel as pedestrians as few daily errands can be run without a car. The bike is a sometimes poor means of transportation in this area because there are a good number of elevation changes, and the cycling infrastructure is not very comprehensive.

Buying one's groceries often necessitates the use of a car in this area. That being said, a restaurant is commonly just around the corner. As far as education is concerned, it is a rather short distance to reach primary schools from anywhere in this neighborhood. On the other hand, this part of DeSoto does not have any high schools.

Character

The character of Centre Estates is exemplified by its calm environment. It is easy to get to green spaces from a large number of locations in the neighborhood since there are a few of them close by for residents to visit. This part of the city is also wonderful for those who prefer quiet areas, as the streets are especially calm.
