Central Business District is a great part of Decatur for those who enjoy indoor activities. Although the ambience is not the liveliest in this area places to go out at night are well-distributed throughout the neighborhood. As there are few pedestrians, this part of the city is relatively quiet; however noise levels are higher closer to one of the railway lines.
