This community is also a fairly convenient part of Burlington for cyclists. For example, there are a fair number of bike lanes. This area is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, house owners are served by about 30 bus lines, and bus stops are generally very close by. In contrast, cars are a good transportation option in Central Burlington. It is convenient to park, and nearby highways are fairly easy to reach from any location in this community.

It is very often an option for house buyers in this area to do grocery shopping without the use of a vehicle. In addition, Central Burlington is a good place in which to go out to eat or go to a cafe, for instance on Church Street. In terms of education, it is a reasonably short trip to get to primary as well as high schools from most houses for sale in this community. Besides public schools, there are private elementary and high schools.

Central Burlington offers a variety of experiences for those who enjoy a vibrant atmosphere. Even though the ambience is not the liveliest in this area, the vibe is still quite lively around its main streets, and with its about 30 bars, it is very easy to find a place to grab a drink as they are generally located very close by. Much of Central Burlington is quite quiet, however noise can be bothersome around one of the railway lines.
