Though reliant primarily on car transportation, parking is generally convenient, and highways are easily accessible, making commutes straightforward and manageable in this delightful township.

Caseyville is very car friendly. The majority of homes for sale are a rather short drive from the closest highway, such as I-64, and it is very convenient to come across a parking spot. On the other hand, the public transit service in this area is not very frequent. Thankfully, residents benefit from Fairview Heights Metrolink Station on the MetroLink Blue Line and MetroLink Red Line. House owners can count on the Fairview Heights Metrolink Station with access to the MetroLink Blue Line and MetroLink Red Line. There are around 10 bus lines crossing the township, and bus stops are generally very close by. Cycling is challenging in this township since the bicycling infrastructure is rather poor, and the area is not particularly flat. Traveling as a pedestrian is also not very convenient for property owners in this area because few common errands can be run without a vehicle.

Services

Primary schools are convenient to access without needing to get in a vehicle from most homes for sale in this area. However, there are only a limited number of high schools and accordingly they can be a rather long pedestrian trip away. Residents have the choice between public and private schools at both the elementary and secondary school level. As far as eating is concerned, accessing one of approximately 20 supermarkets as pedestrians is practical for some, but not all, home buyers in this area. There are also over 200 restaurants and cafes in Caseyville.

Character

Caseyville is a very good township to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed environment. It is easy to get to public green spaces in the township, since there are over 50 of them nearby for residents to visit, such as Collinsville Jaycee Sports Complex and Hesse Park. The noise levels in this area are also very low, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue.
