It is very easy to access the nearest supermarket as a pedestrian from most properties for sale in Carondelet. Moreover, Carondelet is a fairly good place in which to go out to eat, for instance along Virginia Avenue, and a limited variety of cafes can be found as well. Regarding education, in this part of St. Louis, locals will usually be able to get to primary schools as pedestrians. Although this area is not known for its vibrancy, finding one of the about 10 bars is very easy since they are generally located around the corner. However, there are approximately 20 green spaces close by for residents to relax in, like Joe Leisure Park and Lemay Park, and they are very well-spread out, resulting in them being easy to get to from a lot of locations within Carondelet.
