The neighborhood is served by several bus lines with stops accessible from most residences, enhancing public transportation options. Educational institutions for primary and secondary levels are within close reach of many properties. Quiet streets contribute to the tranquil environment, especially near major highways. Although green spaces are more concentrated outside the area, nearby parks offer places for relaxation and outdoor activities. The community features a balanced mix of housing types.
The car is very often the favored transportation option in Camelot 1. The majority of houses for sale are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway, such as I-410, and it is very easy to park. However, the public transit in Camelot 1 is rather poor. Thankfully, property owners benefit from a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is generally very close by. Traveling as a pedestrian in Camelot 1 is not very popular, although running day-to-day errands is easy without a vehicle.
