It is a short car ride to the nearest highway, such as N Freeway, from anywhere in Camden, and it is convenient to park.
The nearest grocery store in Camden is usually only a very short distance away. Additionally, a restaurant is generally just around the corner, for example on Federal Street, and there are also over 50 coffee shops in this part of the Greater Philadelphia metropolitan area. Property owners have access to a fair number of nearby clothing stores. With regards to education, in Camden, house buyers will usually be able to access both primary and secondary schools as pedestrians. Home owners have the option of public and private schools at both the elementary and secondary school level.
Camden offers a slower-paced atmosphere and will appeal to home buyers who enjoy spending time in green spaces. Reaching parks, such as Petty's Island Preserve and Knight Park, is easy from many locations within the city since there are over 200 of them close by for residents to visit. This part of the Greater Philadelphia metropolitan area is also reasonably good for those who enjoy quiet surroundings, as the streets are calm - although that is not the case around one of the railway lines, I-76 or N Freeway.
