Although the neighborhood has some elevation changes, cycling infrastructure exists but remains limited. Buchel Park is an extraordinarily good part of Milwaukee for traveling by car. Finding a place to park is quite easy. In contrast, the public transit access in this neighborhood is fairly poor. Thankfully, residents benefit from a few bus lines, and it is very convenient to find a nearby bus stop from most properties. A majority of the houses for sale in this neighborhood are located in areas that are not very conducive to people who like to travel as pedestrians since running common errands is sometimes difficult without needing to use a vehicle. Buchel Park is also not especially appropriate for bicycling as the cycling infrastructure is not very extensive, and there are a good number of slopes.
It is rarely an option for property owners in this part of the city to buy groceries without the need for a vehicle. A small number of restaurants and coffee shops can be found as well. With regards to education, it is a reasonably short distance to reach high schools from most homes for sale in Buchel Park. In contrast, residents may find it challenging to access primary schools as pedestrians.
Home buyers who prefer a calm environment will enjoy Buchel Park. Most areas in this part of the city are very quiet, as the streets are usually very peaceful. Lastly, it is easy to reach green spaces in the neighborhood since there are a few of them close by for residents to unwind in.
