This township is an extremely good area for traveling by car. Parking is generally easy. Brown is not very cycling-friendly as there are a fair number of slopes, and there are very few bike lanes. A majority of the houses for sale in this township are located in areas that are also not very well-suited for pedestrians because most daily needs are nearly impossible to carry out without a car.
There are no high schools and no primary schools in this area. As far as food is concerned, house buyers in this township almost always have to use a car to shop for groceries.
