This neighborhood is an extremely good part of Northwest Gainesville for getting around by car. Coming across a place to park is easy. However, the transit network in Broadmoor is not very accessible. Nevertheless, the neighborhood is served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are typically close by. Traveling as a pedestrian is not very convenient for property owners in Broadmoor because running common errands is impractical without needing to resort to a car. This neighborhood is also not very appropriate for biking as there are a fair number of slopes to challenge cyclists, and the bicycling infrastructure is not very comprehensive.
Services
There are only a few primary schools in this neighborhood and therefore they can be a rather long trip away. Likewise, this part of Northwest Gainesville does not contain any high schools.
