Thankfully, there is Ashburn with access to the Metrorail Silver Line. The community is linked by around 10 bus lines, and it is very easy to find a nearby bus stop from most houses. A majority of the homes for sale in this community are located in areas that are not particularly suitable for people who travel as pedestrians as few common errands can be run without a vehicle. In contrast, biking is convenient in Broadlands as the bicycling network is reasonably well-developed.

Services

Primary schools are convenient to get to without a car from most homes for sale in Broadlands. However, there are only a few high schools and consequently they can be a rather long trip away. Locals benefit from public and private schools at both the elementary and secondary school level.
