Bozeman
Bozeman Ponds offers a peaceful neighborhood with a variety of housing options, including townhouses, small apartment buildings, duplexes, and single detached homes. The homes predominantly feature two or three bedrooms and reflect construction from around 1993, providing a mix of established and comfortable living spaces. Parking is convenient, and the area benefits from a comprehensive cycling network, making bicycles a practical transportation choice. Nearby amenities include primary schools located throughout the neighborhood and a small selection of restaurants within reach. Shopping needs can be met at local supermarkets that are accessible from several parts of the neighborhood.
Bozeman Ponds is fairly car friendly. It is very easy to park. However, Bozeman Ponds is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighborhood, and bus stops are not very far away from most properties. This area is amenable to cycling because the bicycling infrastructure is fairly good. This neighborhood is not especially well-suited for those who prefer to get around as pedestrians because meeting daily needs is occasionally difficult without a vehicle.
