Boston Heights
Boston Heights offers a calm and peaceful environment with predominantly single detached homes that create a charming neighborhood atmosphere. The housing stock includes a mix of properties built from the 1960s through the 1990s, featuring mainly spacious three and four-bedroom residences. Streets in this village provide easy parking and smooth vehicular travel, enhancing accessibility for residents. Several bus lines serve the area, with most residences conveniently located near bus stops. Although public green spaces are not within the village, well-maintained parks in neighboring villages are easily accessible, providing additional outdoor opportunities close by.
The best way to navigate Boston Heights is usually a car. Most of the street network is made for driving, and it is very convenient to find a place to park. In contrast, Boston Heights is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, homeowners are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most houses. Getting around by bicycle is challenging in this area because the topography is not especially flat, and there are very few bike lanes. A majority of the homes for sale in this village are located in places that are also not very well-suited for those who like to travel as pedestrians because most daily needs are very difficult to carry out without a car.
There are no high schools and no primary schools in Boston Heights. Regarding food, in all but a few cases, a car is required to purchase groceries. A small variety of restaurants can be found in Boston Heights as well.
Home buyers who prefer a slower-paced ambience will enjoy Boston Heights. This area is very quiet, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. Finally, there are around 10 parks close by for residents to check out, including Matthews Thomas Park and Maple Grove Park, making them easy to access.
