The neighborhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most homes. Getting around as a pedestrian is not very convenient for residents in Beverly Farms since meeting daily needs is impractical without a car. This neighborhood is not especially cycling-friendly as there are a good number of hills to challenge cyclists, and there are few bike lanes. In contrast, the car is usually the best method of transportation in Beverly Farms. Coming across a place to park is generally easy.

Services

Primary schools are easy to get to without a car from most properties for sale in this neighborhood. In contrast, there are only a very small number of high schools and consequently they can be a very long trip away. With respect to food, house buyers in this part of North Shore often have to turn to a car to purchase groceries. A limited variety of restaurants and coffee shops can be found as well.

There is a great variety of green spaces in Beverly Farms. It is easy to access parks in the neighborhood, since the majority of homes have one around the corner.
