Traveling as a pedestrian is not particularly convenient for residents in this area because few day-to-day errands can be run without a vehicle. Bent Trail is also not particularly suited for cycling because there are a good number of hills for cyclists to brave, and there are few bike lanes.

It can be challenging to travel to high schools and primary schools from properties for sale in this part of Dallas. Locals have the choice between public and private secondary schools. With respect to eating, it is very rarely an option for house buyers in Bent Trail to do their grocery shopping without a car.
