Cars are a very good transportation option in this area. It is convenient to find a place to park, and nearby highways are reasonably easy to reach from anywhere in this part of the city. On the other hand, this area is not very transit friendly.

It is especially convenient to get to the nearest grocery store without the use of a vehicle in Bellvue. Likewise, there is typically a restaurant or cafe just around the corner. Residents can find a fair number of clothing stores within a short distance. In terms of education, in Bellvue, locals will typically be able to access primary schools as pedestrians. In contrast, this part of Bedford does not have any high schools.

No matter what type of character home buyers prefer in a neighborhood, Bellvue is a reasonably good option.
