Transportation
Cars are a great transportation option in Bellaire-Puritas. It is easy to come across a parking spot, and the majority of real estate listings are a short drive from the closest highway, such as Outerbelt Freeway. In contrast, Bellaire-Puritas is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, there is Puritas Station and Brookpark Station on the Heavy Rail. There are a few bus lines crossing the neighborhood, and bus stops are usually very close by. This part of the city is not especially bike-friendly as there are few bike lanes. Thankfully, it is a flat ride to most destinations. Traveling as a pedestrian is also not very popular in Bellaire-Puritas, although many common errands can be run without a car.
Services
It is rarely feasible for house buyers in Bellaire-Puritas to purchase groceries as pedestrians. Furthermore, a restaurant is commonly just around the corner, and a small selection of coffee shops can be found as well. As far as education is concerned, it is a rather short trip to reach both primary and secondary schools from anywhere in this part of the city. In addition to public schools, there are private elementary and high schools.

Those who enjoy a vibrant atmosphere and spending time outdoors will feel at home in Bellaire-Puritas. Although the ambience is not the most lively in this neighborhood with its a few bars, it is easy to find a place to grab a drink because they are generally located relatively close by. However, public green spaces are easy to reach since there are around 10 of them nearby for residents to relax in.
