The area primarily consists of single detached homes, with many being three-bedroom houses built before the 1960s, maintaining a charming, established feel. A variety of local businesses are easily accessible, providing many options for daily needs. Public transit connections exist through several bus lines, with stops conveniently located throughout the area. Primary schools are located close to residential areas, supporting educational opportunities nearby.
This part of Knoxville is moderately suitable for people who like to travel as pedestrians; meeting daily needs is convenient without the use of a car, and numerous businesses are rather close by. However, this part of the city is not particularly amenable to bicycling as there are few bike lanes, and cyclists are faced with a considerable amount of hills. Public transit riders may experience limited choices in Beaumont as a result of the infrequent service. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighborhood, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. On the other hand, cars are an excellent medium of transportation in Beaumont. Nearby highways are especially easy to reach from anywhere in Beaumont, and parking is easy.
A supermarket is ordinarily reachable within a rather short pedestrian trip from most houses for sale in this neighborhood. Furthermore, those who like to eat in restaurants will have a fair number of choices. In terms of education, it is a short distance to get to primary schools from anywhere in Beaumont. In contrast, there are no high schools in this part of the city.
Beaumont offers an unique mix of areas that are both busy and quiet. Even though this part of Knoxville is not known for its lively ambience, with the nightlife venues in nearby neighborhoods, it is easy to find a place to grab a drink since they are generally located within a short distance. At the same time, this area is very quiet, as the streets are usually very calm.
