About seventy percent of properties are occupied by residents, reflecting a stable community atmosphere. Convenient access to supermarkets, various restaurants, and cafes allow for comfortable day-to-day conveniences nearby. While parks are not abundant within the neighborhood itself, green spaces can be found in neighboring areas, providing opportunities for outdoor relaxation close at hand.

This area is very car friendly. It is especially convenient to find a place to park. This part of the city is not very conducive to bicycling because the cycling infrastructure is rather limited. Thankfully, there are few slopes to confront cyclists. Traveling as a pedestrian is also not very feasible for residents in Beach Haven as running day-to-day errands is at times challenging without the use of a vehicle.

Services

Getting to one of approximately 10 grocery stores as pedestrians is an option for some, but not all, property owners in Beach Haven. On the other hand, those who like to eat in restaurants will have a fair number of choices, and house buyers benefit from a few cafes as well. When it comes to education, high schools and primary schools are not very plentiful in Beach Haven, and thus not always within a short distance.

Home buyers who prefer a relaxed environment will enjoy Beach Haven. Beach Haven is wonderful for those who need a quiet atmosphere, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue.
