Bicycle transportation is convenient because of gentle terrain, making it an ideal choice for short trips. While green spaces are not within the neighborhood, several well-maintained parks are located nearby and easily accessible. It is occasionally difficult for pedestrians to navigate BB&T Center because many daily needs are at times challenging to carry out without a vehicle.

There are no high schools and no primary schools in BB&T Center. With respect to food, property owners in BB&T Center will appreciate that a grocery store is always only an extended pedestrian trip away.
