Aston
Aston offers a peaceful township with mostly single detached homes that reflect charming architectural eras from the 1960s and 1980s, along with a notable portion of residences built before 1960. Its quiet atmosphere ensures low noise levels, creating a serene environment for residents. Educational opportunities include easy access to many public and private elementary schools. Dining options are varied, with approximately 30 restaurants contributing to the local scene. Pharmacies providing staple foods enhance convenience close to residential areas, and while green spaces are found within this community or in close neighboring townships, ample parking is available throughout.
The preferred approach to navigate this area is very often a car. Coming across a place to park is quite easy. However, commuting by transit can be challenging in this area by reason of the infrequent service. Nonetheless, there is the Wawa on the Media/Wawa Line and Media / Wawa Line. Property owners are served by a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is generally very close by. Aston is not very bicycling-friendly since bicycling is rendered difficult by the often sloping topography, and this township is home to fairly poor cycling infrastructure. It is also at times difficult for pedestrians to move around in this area because few daily errands can be run without the use of a vehicle.
House buyers will welcome that no matter where their home is situated in Aston, primary schools are nearby. However, residents may consider it very hard to access high schools as pedestrians. Apart from public schools, there are private elementary and secondary schools. With respect to eating, it is occasionally feasible for property owners in Aston to travel to one of around 10 supermarkets as pedestrians. Nevertheless, it is generally a reasonably short trip to the closest pharmacy, which can provide some basic food items. There are also a few choices for those who care about restaurants and cafes within a short distance.
