Brandywine
Arden is a peaceful village known for its abundance of green spaces, offering easy access to approximately ten parks throughout the area. The neighborhood features primarily single detached homes built before the 1960s, giving it a charming, established character. Most residences include three or more bedrooms, suitable for spacious living arrangements. Accessibility by car is excellent with convenient parking and quick access to nearby highways. Public transportation options exist, with several bus lines and stops providing additional connectivity. The proximity of primary schools adds to the convenience of the village, making it a desirable and tranquil place to settle.
Traveling by car is especially convenient in Arden. It is very easy to access a place to park, and most houses for sale are a short drive from the nearest highway. On the other hand, the public transit system in this part of the Greater Philadelphia metropolitan area is not very convenient. Nevertheless, house owners have access to a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most residences. Arden is not particularly suitable for pedestrians as meeting daily needs is at times difficult without a car. Moving around by bicycle is also occasionally challenging in Arden because the bicycling infrastructure is somewhat poor, and there is a significant amount of slopes.

Property owners have the option of public and private schools at both the elementary and high school level.
