Airport North is an extraordinarily good part of Orlando for driving. It is especially convenient to park. On the other hand, the public transit access in Airport North is not very practical. Nonetheless, homeowners are served by a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. Airport North is not especially suited for bicycling. Thankfully, there are a good number of bike lanes, and it is an even ride to most locations. It is also sometimes difficult for pedestrians to move around in Airport North because few daily needs can be met without a vehicle.

High schools and primary schools are not abundant in Airport North, and therefore not always within a short distance. Residents benefit from public and private high schools. With regards to eating, buying one's groceries often necessitates the use of a car in this area. Nevertheless, reaching the closest pharmacy and therefore some staple foods is typically convenient. Those who like to eat in restaurants will have a fair number of options, and house buyers are served by a few cafes as well.

Airport North offers an unique mix of areas that are both busy and quiet. Although the atmosphere is not the most lively in this neighborhood with its approximately 20 nightlife venues, there are options for nighttime activities. At the same time, this area is quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamor. Green spaces aren't well-situated, which makes them sometimes difficult to get to from most locations within this neighborhood.
